Seventh Bishop Hans Brenninkmeijer Memorial Lecture by Br Neil McGurk, FMS

4 October 2010 – Neil McGurk is a Marist brother who has taught in Catholic schools in South Africa. Br Neil played a key role in the transformation of South African education in the seventies and eighties. He has subsequently worked in a number of large-scale school improvement projects in the country. In his lecture titled Modern Cosmology: Science and the Metaphysical and Mystical Tradition, Br McGurk, FMS, will consider the role of God in a world with alternative ways of understanding creation and how it is sustained
