Response to Draft Second Additional Language CAPS

The Departments of Basic and Higher Education called for responses to the Draft CAPS documents for Second Additional Languages, and CIE responded on behalf of the organisations and schools in our network. We hope that there will be more time to respond to the final documents, so that we can consult with more of our stakeholders.
