Featured School
Assumption Convent Primary School
Assumption Convent Primary School was established in 1952 by the Missionary Sisters of the Assumption, at the request of the Archbishop of Pretoria, Archbishop Garner.
Since its small beginnings with a few of learners and one pre-fabricated classroom, the school has grown from tremendously, now boasting over twenty air-conditioned classrooms, a computer and media centre, art room and music room.
The school welcomes all children, regardless of religious denomination, but the Sisters were, and still are, sure to inform parents that the ethos of the school is built on strong Gospel values.
Would you like your Catholic school to be featured on our website? Email us a picture and write-up of no more than 150 words to: nc@cie.org.za.
