Overview of the Catholic Education Network
In 2009 there are 355 Catholic Schools serving 174 543 learners across all nine provinces of South Africa. Seven thousand two hundred and forty Educators (7240) and two thousand four hundred and sixty one (2461) non-teaching staff form the core of the network. There are 3686 more learners in the network. There are 289 additional educators in the network and 144 more non teaching staff.
