The Junior School Principal invites applications from individuals who meet the following key requirements:

minimum of 3/5 years with proven Leadership and Management experience

an understanding of collaborative & transformational leadership

fully qualified with relevant teacher qualifications;

enthusiastic teacher, experienced in teaching in the Foundation Phase, Grade 1 experience advantageous;

understand, identify with and contribute to the Catholic / Christian ethos and values of the school;
-
be willing and able to teach Catholic Religious Education;
-
have a vision and passion for the education of girls in the 21st century;
-
Have a proven record of innovation, commitment and professionalism;
-
have knowledge and or experience of Project/Inquiry Based Learning;
-
be IT proficient; knowledge of Google Suite and other education platforms
-
have effective organisational and administrative skills;
-
be willing to become fully involved in the school's curricular and co-curricular programme;
-
be available after hours to attend school events and functions;
-
be registered with SACE.
