Maris Stella seeks to fill the position of Principal with effect from January 2025. Reporting to the Board of Governors, the Principal has authority over the overall leadership of the school, its performance, and its long-term sustainability. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking educationalist and a leader who will continue to innovate while supporting the ethos and values of a high-performing school.
The ideal candidate will be a committed Christian with appropriate qualifications and a commitment to fostering inclusivity, collaboration and faith-based values. Candidates should have a track record of highly successful leadership experience and the warmth and passion for learning to inspire pupils, parents, alumni and the broader school community. We are in search of a collaborative, values-driven leader with excellent communication skills and managerial expertise. Candidates must be willing to fully embrace his or her role as Principal and the unique opportunities this position presents to drive Maris Stella’s strategic vision in the educational sphere.
